In our referral program, we’re offering up to £500 (no less than £100) for each landlord referral that leads to a deal. Properties with 2-3 rooms, great locations, and lower rents increase your reward! You can earn £500 on each property deal you send us, as long as the landlord is open to a company let. With just 10 property submissions, you could earn up to £5,000 or more! There’s no cap at the moment, so don’t miss out—submit properties and watch your rewards grow!
After submitting a referral, please share our website with the landlord to ensure they're open to our services. Once you've referred them, we’ll reach out, give them a call, and arrange a viewing at their earliest convenience. We like to move fast, so the sooner the property is available, the quicker we can finalize the deal and get your payment to you!
Can I submit as many properties as I want?
Yes you can! And you can earn up to £500 on each referral, even with the same landlord but with a different property they own.
When is the deadline for the referral offer?
There is no deadline at the moment.
What makes a good location?
We’re looking for properties in central London, particularly near hospitals, embassies, or business hubs. However, any location in the UK that fits our needs could be a great match.
When will I get sent the money?
As soon as the contract is signed, you'll receive an email requesting your details so we can transfer the money directly to your account.
What are the conditions to meet the highest referral reward?
Properties with 2-3 bedrooms in central London are ideal for us, though very central 1-bed or studio apartments could work too. Outside London or major cities, 3-5 bedrooms are preferred, with 4 bedrooms being ideal. The property’s condition also plays a role in determining the reward. If it's unfurnished or needs significant upgrades, we'll need to invest more, so the reward will be lower. Factors like high council tax, utility costs relative to the property size, and location also impact the reward. However, if the property is in high demand and a great location, it could still be a great fit!
